Stephen Thomas

Stephen is a Principal Solicitor at Hartleys Lawyers. He is an experienced senior lawyer practicing predominately in family law and estate litigation. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University majoring in Political Science and Communication. He is an experienced advocate, having appeared in metropolitan, regional and interstate registries at both the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates’ Court. In addition to his practice, Stephen holds a supervisory role within the firm, and supervises junior/associate lawyers and contributing to the ongoing development of professional standards and client service across the practice. Stephen is available for consultations at our head office based in Fitzroy and our other satellite offices in the CBD, Box Hill and Sunshine.
