Sussan joined the Hartleys team in 2016. Before coming to Hartleys, Sussan worked at the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria and a general practice firm. Sussan’s practice focuses primarily on family law, although Sussan still enjoys assisting clients with other legal related matters. Sussan has conducted complex property matters including high-value property pools, third party interveners, jurisdictional issues, spousal maintenance, litigation funding, sole use and occupancy orders and injunctions. Sussan has conducted complex parenting matters including international and interstate relocation, paternity disputes, child support disputes, recovery orders, overturn of residence and magellan list matters. Sussan has appeared in both the Federal and State courts in Victoria, as well as interstate courts. Sussan is available for interviews from our main offices in Sunshine, Moonee Ponds and Fitzroy and our other offices by appointment only.
